I am willfully choosing to participate in exclusively recreational activity while on the premise and understand the risks of injury or death when participating in any activity including the use of temporary structures, tools, supplies, vehicles, or any other resource or feature on the land. I am aware of and consent to the fact that that any monetary or non monetary contributions made to the lands are considered a donation made for the management and conservation of the resources on the property. Donations are not considered payment for the use of the property. Having such knowledge I hereby acknowledge and consent to the above statements and release the property owner, and it’s representatives from liability of injury or death. I assume all risks associated with participating in any activity on the property.
